About Martha
As a VA, Martha is committed to providing the highest level of service and best possible outcomes for her clients. She takes the time to develop relationships and understand each client’s unique VA needs. She prides herself on prompt, clear, and efficient communication and is always striving to deliver excellent work and solutions to her clients.
Martha holds a Bachelor’s in Education, Master’s in Counseling Education, and Photography Certification from accredited universities. She has over 15 years of admin experience and 10+ years of middle school instruction experience with curriculum development. She provides exceptional VA services to individuals and small businesses, offering a range of services from basic admin tasks to graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, & Canva) to social media and website management (WordPress & Squarespace). She is well-versed in both Google Suite and Microsoft Office. Through her work experience, she has gained an arrange of skills and does a little of everything!

Proofreading & Basic Admin Tasks
With over 15 years of admin experience in various venues, Martha provides excellent, detailed feedback regarding grammar, sentence structure, and minor formatting for brochures, dissertations, website content, children’s books, and more. She provides a wide range of admin services and does so with great detail, striving for accuracy and excellence.
Design & Product Photography
Having obtained her photography certification in 2014 from UTA Arlington Extended Education, she enjoys creating and designing work that is pleasing and aesthetic, bringing joy to clients. She works creatively as a product and business photographer, also offering other genres of photography. She is trained in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign & Acrobat, and enjoys creating simple, basic graphics for businesses, and social media posts using her trained photography skills & basic design skills.
Social Media & Website Mgmt
Martha has worked alongside graphic designers, communications managers, and marketing owners. She has 10 years of experience with basic graphic design using Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva, in addition to website and social media management and process development. She is highly organized and process-driven, making sure all promotional material is created and published in a timely manner.
